Carrot and tuna bites


  • 1 giant carrot, sliced diagonally
  • in 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 1 (6 ounces) tuna packed in
  • water, drained
  • three green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise


prepare carrot slices on a plate or serving platter. In a small bowl, combine tuna, green onions, and mayonnaise.

Spoon over each carrot slice and serve immediately.
