Persian-Style Tomato Avocado dish


  • four ripe tomatoes, diced
  • a pair of Hass avocados, diced
  • one clove of garlic, minced
  • three tablespoons cut Spanish onion
  • half dozen sprigs of cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of recent juice
  • salt and ground black pepper to
  • style
  • 1 lime, sliced into skinny rounds


mix the tomatoes, avocados, garlic, onion, and cilantro in a very giant bowl. Sprinkle with lime juice, and season with salt and pepper. Garnish salad with thin lime slices.
