Spinach And Tomato Filo Pastry Parcels


  • four sheets of puff paste dough
  • two tablespoons of liquefied butter
  • one bunch of recent spinach
  • 1 tablespoon edible fat
  • 1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
  • three ounces of feta cheese


heat kitchen appliance to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). completely clean the spinach. take away stems, and chop. Steam till wilted. fry mushrooms in oil over high heat until browned.

Cut all 4 items of phyllo in half. Brush every sheet with melted butter, and place in 2 piles. within the center of every stack, place 1st 1/2 of the spinach followed by 1/2 of the feta, mushrooms, and tomato sauce. Bring the edges of puff paste dough around, and to the prime of the bundles. Place on a baking sheet.
